Job Summary:The Sr. Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, project management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and delivery of software productsDefine and prioritize product requirementsDesign and develop software architectures and solutionsImplement and test software solutionsCollaborate with other teams, including product management, marketing, and salesManage project timelines and budgetsEnsure that software products meet quality standardsStay abreast of the latest software engineering trends and technologiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on product development3+ years of experience in project management2+ years of experience in team leadershipStrong knowledge of software engineering principles and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:
