Job Summary:

The Sr. Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and delivery of software products

Define and prioritize product requirements

Design and develop software architectures and solutions

Implement and test software solutions

Collaborate with other teams, including product management, marketing, and sales

Manage project timelines and budgets

Ensure that software products meet quality standards

Stay abreast of the latest software engineering trends and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on product development

3+ years of experience in project management

2+ years of experience in team leadership

Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
