Brief Description: Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business.

Requirements:

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, capable of providing a first-rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Education/Training/Experience: High School Diploma; previous customer service experience is helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answer questions regarding customer policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify customer needs regarding their policies
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintain a neat work area and office
• Conduct vehicle inspections (FNOLs), including taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Handle bank deposits
• Position is full-time
• Other duties as assigned
