Office Location: Hereford, Texas, United States

The incumbent is responsible for making and servicing a variety of loans for commercial customers including secured and unsecured loans, capital, equipment, real estate, interim construction, personal, small business administration, and working capital loans. Must evaluate each loan for profitability and proper structuring to protect the Bank's interests and make decisions that merit serious consideration, which could be costly if in error.

This role involves business development activities within the commercial market and extensive customer contact. Excellent communication and human relations skills are essential.

• Make and service all types of Commercial and Real Estate loans, personally or with other officers.
• Guide customers to meet their banking needs.
• Promote the services and profitability of the Bank.
• Develop new business to increase loans and income.
• Participate actively in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support organizational values, and follow policies and procedures.

• Ag Lending Experience Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is advantageous.
• Six years of banking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related applications.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional demeanor, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
