FSQA Tech B Shift

Caviness Beef Packers, LTD is a progressive beef packer and further processor whose products are marketed through a variety of food service and retail channels. As an FSQA Technician, you will be making sure that our product meets food safety requirement, the specs are met and our product meets our customers satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and inspecting production processes; verifying product meets Company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements; and maintaining compliance with USDA and FSIS expectations through clear communication and accurate documentation.

• -1+ years as a quality assurance technician prefer;
  
  Must have previous experience in beef processing
• - Knowledge of GMPs plus USDA/FSIS food safety regulations
• - Strong attention to detail; solid communication and recordkeeping
• - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle repetitive, physical work (standing/walking, stairs, concrete floors)
• - HS Diploma/GED preferred; some college and food science/production training preferred
• - Available for Monday-Friday 5:00am to end of production; occasional Saturday/overtime
