Hours: Full time, 9:00–17:00 Monday to Friday, with occasional work to 19:00 on a rota basis one night per week.

Case Administrators play a vital support role in probation teams, helping to keep the public safe and giving offenders the chance to turn their lives around. This role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding professional career within the Probation Service.

• Provide administrative support to probation teams including case file management and data entry.
• Maintain accurate records of offender progress and court requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling of appointments, court dates and programme activities.
• Assist with preparing and distributing progress reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Empathetic, patient, and organised with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast‑paced environment.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use case‑management software.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
