At Fläkt Group, we’re looking for a National Account Administrator based in Hereford to plan & control the day-to-day operations of the National customer account contracts, reactive work, quoted work and associated admin tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinating planned maintenance, reactive works, and quoted jobs across national customer accounts.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for engineers and customers, providing excellent communication and support.
  • Scheduling engineers based on skills, availability, location, and customer requirements.
  • Raising and allocating service orders, ordering parts, and managing job progress through to completion.
  • Maintaining customer portals, databases, and operational documentation using systems such as Simpro, Smartsheet, and Excel.
  • Monitoring performance reports and supporting forecasting activities.
  • Processing invoicing for national account works and supporting wider business requirements when needed.
  • Delivering a professional, responsive service while building strong customer relationships.

What You Bring
  • Good general level of educational achievement
  • GCSE (Grade 3 minimum) English and Mathematics or equivalent
  • Strong administrative and data entry experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Logistic knowledge of the geographical regional area
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, planning, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics or Moby.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, air conditioning, chiller, or combustion industries (training provided).
