Vehicle Technician - Hereford

Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in the Hereford area, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced vehicle technicians looking to progress their careers within a professional and supportive environment.

• Competitive starting salary up to £40,000 per annum, with an OTE of approximately £50,000

• Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings effectively to the Service Manager
• Ensure all work performed meets strict quality and safety procedures
• Follow manufacturer guidelines for vehicle maintenance, safety, and reliability
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Assist with vehicle inspections and MOT testing (preferred but not essential, full training provided)
• Support team objectives and contribute to a positive workshop environment

• Qualified Vehicle Technician, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair
• UK driving licence with minimal points
• Proven experience working in a franchised dealership environment
• Strong technical skills with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship
• Motivated individual with excellent team working skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop and achieve targets
• Ideally hold an active MOT licence (training provided if not)
