Our client, a well-established and reputable dealership, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to become a vital part of their busy Service Department. The key duties of the Vehicle Technician position are:
  • Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs following manufacturer standards
  • Accurately identify vehicle faults and report findings to the Service Manager
  • Ensure all work complies with quality procedures laid down by the manufacturer and client
  • Maintain high levels of workmanship in a busy dealership environment
  • Adhere to safety and performance standards at all times
  • Support team members to achieve departmental targets
The ideal Vehicle Technician role will meet the following requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and team-oriented approach
  • An active MOT licence is highly advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Residence within a reasonable distance of Hereford

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a rotation for Saturday mornings, offering a balanced work-life arrangement for a dedicated individual.
