Salary and Hours

Salary:
Up to £40,000 basic salary with an OTE of £50,000 per annum.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am‑12:30pm.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will carry out fault diagnosis, servicing and repairs to the standards laid down by the manufacturer and our client. You must ensure faults are accurately diagnosed and reported to the Service Manager, maintain compliance with quality procedures, and produce high‑quality work in a busy franchise‑approved dealership environment.

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Commitment, good teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Active MOT licence highly advantageous.

• Performance‑related bonus scheme providing on‑target earnings up to £50,000 per annum.
