Are you driven by precision, trusted with sensitive information, and motivated by knowing your work keeps an organisation running smoothly? I am recruiting a diligent and accurate Payroll Administrator to join the Finance function of a rapidly evolving business.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced payroll professional seeking reduced hours while still playing a key role in a multi-entity payroll operation. The role will be office-based initially, with the option to work up to 2 days per week from home once fully trained.

This is a position where your judgement, discretion, and analytical strength will be relied upon daily.

You'll work with autonomy, influence, and the confidence of senior stakeholders.What you'll be responsible for

Multi-cycle payroll processing - weekly, fortnightly, and monthly runs, including mileage and expenses

Payroll accuracy & compliance - ensuring every figure aligns with legislation

Employee payroll support - acting as the go-to expert for payroll queries

Finance team collaboration - providing cover and contributing to continuous improvement

What you'll bring

Minimum 2 years' payroll experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Exceptional organisational ability
