Core Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Hereford to lead the delivery of high-end developments. You will oversee all construction activities from groundwork to final handover, ensuring premium quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, driving the build programme, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid background in premium house building, and relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.

Competitive salary offered between £60,000 and £65,000.
