Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver planned refurbishment works within social housing, including kitchens, bathrooms, adaptations, windows/doors, and M&E upgrades.

This is a varied role managing multiple sites, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll also be responsible for coordinating site activities, maintaining accurate documentation, managing risk and health & safety compliance, and supporting contract delivery.

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations.
• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Maintain health & safety compliance and site documentation.
• Monitor progress across multiple live sites.
• Support planning, programming, and reporting of works.

• Experience in social housing planned refurbishment works.
• Knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, and adaptations.
• Ability to manage multiple sites/projects.
• SMSTS or relevant NVQ.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IT literate (MS Office).
