We are looking for a strong Assistant Site Manager to join a construction project in Hereford. This is a short-term role (a few months) where you will play a key part in helping get the site over the line.
The Role- Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations
- Supervise trades and subcontractors
- Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
- Help maintain quality, programme, and productivity
- Contribute to the successful completion of the project
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident on-site, hands-on where needed
- Reliable transport to Hereford
- Short-term contract (a few months)
- Competitive rates
