7:30am - 4:30pm
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project in Hereford.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and site safety procedures.
* Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks.
* Review and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
* Carry out regular safety inspections and audits.
* Enforce PPE requirements and safe working practices.
* Coordinate subcontractor start dates and project activities.
* Monitor progress against the construction programme.
* Manage quality control and snagging throughout the project.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords and building managers.
* Attend and lead progress and coordination meetings.
Requirements
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Own laptop
* Full PPE
* Previous commercial fit-out experience preferred
* Strong subcontractor management and communication skills
