Customer Services Advisor (Bank) – Hereford Hospital

Ad‑hoc £12.84 per hour. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Customer Service Advisor at our Contact Centre, you’ll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer‑focused attitude.

Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems, you’ll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast‑paced team environment.

Working hours will be subject to need up to 37.5 hours, Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:00 with additional evenings when required; ample notice will be given.
