Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is seeking a Customer Services Advisor (Bank) to join the Contact Centre on a hybrid basis. Ad-hoc shifts up to 37.5 hours per week with 09:00-17:00 Monday‑Friday and occasional evenings.
You will handle customer inquiries across calls, emails, live chat and social media, delivering excellent service with a positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced team environment. Benefits include pension, holiday entitlement, and discounted gym membership.
