As a Customer Service Advisor at our Contact Centre youll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive proactive customer-focused attitude. Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems youll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

• Expertly handle all contact with our customers

• Make good use ofa number ofchannels including calls emails live chat and social media

Key information about the role.

Working hours will be subject to need up to 37.5 hours Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 with additional evenings when required however ample notice would be given.
