Customer Service Manager Hereford

Negotiable Circa. £40,000

Autograph Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Manager based in Hereford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone local who enjoys bringing out the best in a team, building strong customer relationships and making a real difference to the service a business delivers.

You’ll take ownership of the customer service function, combining day-to-day team management with the opportunity to improve processes and shape the customer experience.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Manager:
  • Leading and supporting the customer service team, helping them deliver a consistently high standard of service.
  • Managing day-to-day workloads and ensuring customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Taking ownership of escalated queries and complaints, finding practical solutions and keeping customers informed.
  • Coaching team members, identifying training needs and supporting their development.
  • Reviewing customer feedback and service performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Improving processes to help the team work more effectively as the business develops.
