We are seeking a reliable and skilled Nail Technician to join our beauty department.
The Nail Technician Tutor will deliver high quality teaching, learning, and assessment to learners enrolled on nail technology programme. The role involves supporting learners to develop practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional behaviours required to succeed in the nail and beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning- Deliver engaging and structured lessons in nail technology, including manicure, nail enhancements, nail art, health and safety, and client care.
- Demonstrate practical techniques to industry standards, ensuring learners develop confidence and competence.
- Create lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning resources that meet awarding body requirements.
- Adapt teaching methods to support learners with different abilities, learning styles, and support needs.
- Assess learner work in line with qualification standards and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare learners for practical assessments, written exams, and workplace expectations.
- Track learner progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to progress reviews.
- Ensure all assessment and IQA requirements are met and completed on time.
- Recognised qualification in Nail Technology (e.g., Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (e.g., PTLLS, AET, DET).
- Experience working as a professional nail technician in a salon or freelance environment.
- Strong practical skills in manicure, pedicure, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a candidate to commence work as soon as possible.

Salary: £28.40 - £31.16 (including a payment for holiday)
