Full-Time, Long-Term About the Role Destination Education is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ECT Primary School Teacher to join welcoming and supportive primary school settings across London. This full-time role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking to begin or continue their teaching career in a nurturing environment where professional development and progression are highly valued. You will work closely with experienced teachers, phase leaders, and senior leadership teams who are committed to supporting your development as you build confidence in delivering engaging lessons and managing your own classroom.

Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders. Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents evenings and staff meetings.

Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS and is an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Has strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for teaching. Demonstrates strong classroom management potential. Is reflective, proactive, and eager to develop professionally. Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Is committed to high standards and pupil progress.
