Teacher Active is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Hereford that is looking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher from September. The school offers a supportive and ambitious learning environment, with a strong focus on high standards, positive relationships and ongoing professional development, making it an excellent setting for a Maths Teacher to thrive.

This Maths Teacher role offers consistency and stability from September through to July, with the successful Maths Teacher teaching Mathematics across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, alongside full teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation, marking, assessment, CPD and form tutor duties.

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

QTS with a Mathematics specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Experience teaching Mathematics up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
Strong lesson planning, preparation and assessment skills
Excellent classroom management
A commitment to raising standards and supporting student progress
A positive, adaptable and professional approach
