Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a Practice Facilitator to cover maternity leave until May 2027. The role is based at Hereford County Hospital with travel to other NHS sites as required, and involves supporting the Practice Education Team to develop learning in clinical settings.
The successful candidate will be an experienced clinician with a passion for education, capable of developing others, and delivering structured education across services.
