Permanent, Term Time Only We have exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Headteacher to join our team at Hidelow Grange school in Worcester.
This opportunity is to lead and develop a fabulous, small but perfectly formed truly therapeutic school.

Reporting to the Regional Lead, we are looking to appoint an experienced and successful school leader who will be able to build on our success, embed good practices and to move the school forward.
You may already be a Headteacher or an experienced member of a senior leadership team, looking for your first headship.
The school Hidelow Grange School is a small Independent Special School based in Acton Beauchamp, Worcester.
Our school provides specialist education to boys aged 11 to 18 years who have social, emotional and mental health needs.
We believe that with the right support and educational package all our learners are capable of developing the knowledge, skills and understanding they need to become happy and productive members of society.
The education we offer mirrors provision in mainstream school and is tailored to meet individual learning needs.
Qualifications- Professional teaching qualification such as; degree, PGCE or BEd.
- Strong knowledge of Independent School Standards Regulations and Ofsted Inspection Framework.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
- Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead is essential.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Experience of supporting children and young people with complex SEMH needs.
- Knowledge and experiencing of multi‑agency working to support Looked after Children and directing on EHCP outcomes.
- Professional experience, coupled with your determination to achieve excellence, enthusiasm and a positive approach will help you to develop the school and ensure that every pupil makes outstanding progress.
