In this role you will hands-on down on the shop floor conducting inspections and overseeing a small team of quality professionals, plus liaising with customers, conducting internal audits, and implementing your knowledge to drive continuous improvement across the site.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer/Manager looking for a diverse, challenging, and interesting role where every day is different, working within a respected manufacturer who look after their employees.

The Role:

• Managing quality issues on the shop floor
• Overseeing a small team of quality professionals
• Handling customer quality, supporting NPI, and conducting internal audits
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, flexi-time
