Listgrove Ltd is seeking a Senior Rubber Technologist based in Herefordshire to strengthen its R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing material formulations and supervising laboratory staff. You will also maintain compliance with global regulations and provide technical support to the commercial team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Polymer Engineering, along with proven expertise in rubber formulations. This role offers exposure to various engineering and manufacturing processes.
