Job Description
Project Engineer (Manufacturing) – Salary £40,000 - £50,000, plus £2,000 bonus, flexible hours, 33 days holiday, private healthcare and 5% pension. Based in Hereford.
Established 30 years ago, this manufacturing company supplies over 1,000 products to aerospace, medical and other industries worldwide, known for high‑quality niche products.
The Role- Handle NPI and engineering change projects.
- Lead tooling changes and liaise with customers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Occasional site visits across the UK and sometimes overseas.
- Project Engineer/Manager with manufacturing experience.
- A strong engineering background in mechanical, plastics, metals, or production.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of working flexibly, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
