Management Accountant

Your new company Hays are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, family-owned services business to recruit a Management Accountant. Having experienced significant growth since 2020, the company is now looking for a commercially minded finance professional to support its next phase of expansion. Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a pivotal role with responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

With multiple revenue streams across the business, you'll play a key role in providing insight, identifying growth opportunities and supporting the development of future product lines opportunity would suit a part-qualified finalist, newly qualified accountant, or a first-time mover from a mid-sized accountancy practice looking to broaden their commercial experience within a growing SME environment. Produce monthly management accounts and supporting analysis Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Provide insightful financial reporting and commentary Analyse multiple revenue streams and identify growth opportunities Support strategic decision-making through commercial analysis Partner with operational stakeholders across the business What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or CIMA finalist/newly qualified, or equivalent practice background Strong Excel and analytical skills Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment Ambitious and eager to develop within a growing business What you'll get in return A generous salary, free parking and a genuine chance for progression.
