Finance Assistant
Location: Rotherwas, Hereford, HR2
Pay: Up to £15 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, typically 8am-5pm with some flexibility
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temp until 21 December, with potential to continue into the New Year
We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant to join nuestro cliente equipo financiero durante auditoría y cierre de año.
Duties will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses
- Reconciling payments and supplier statements
- Raising POs and placing supplier orders
- Chasing missing or historical information
- Supporting Finance Managers with ad hoc tasks
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous Finance/Accounts experience
- Is confident using Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Is organised, accurate and able to work independently
- Is confident chasing colleagues and suppliers for information
- Has 5 years' UK residency
This is a great opportunity for an immediately available Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable candidate.
