Herefordshire Council is seeking a Dangerous Structurers and Enforcement Officer to join the Building Control Team in Hereford. You will process reports of dangerous structures, collaborate with RBI’s, and carry out site inspections and enforcement duties under the direction of the Principal Building Control Surveyor.
The role requires authority, knowledge of building safety regulation, and the ability to work independently or in a team to tight deadlines.
