We are currently supporting children with complex clinical care needs in Hereford and surrounding areas. In this role you will manage clinical interventions, assist with care routines, support clients in meaningful activities such as spending time with family and friends or going on community outings, and assist with bedtime routines. You will also offer companionship, stay attentive and responsive, and address care needs as they arise.

With our younger clients, you will engage them in their favourite activities including arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games and sensory activities.

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confidence with medication, personal care, moving and handling
