Onside Advocacy in Hereford is seeking a Children & Young People Wellbeing Advisor. This role focuses on supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of 11–18-year-olds. You will deliver flexible support, including one-to-one sessions and group workshops, to help young individuals build resilience and cope with various challenges, including emotional and relational difficulties.
We are looking for a passionate candidate with a background in youth work or mental health, capable of fostering supportive relationships and developing personalized wellbeing plans.
