About the roleNational Star is recruiting extra‑special people to join its committed team of care and support workers helping young people with complex disabilities to live life as independently as possible. We prefer applicants with previous care experience and a positive attitude toward the aspirations of young people with disabilities and are able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours a week working shift patterns to include early shifts (starting at 7 am) and late shifts (finishing at 10 pm) and alternate weekends.
Responsibilities- Provide personalised care to residents, enabling them to enjoy hobbies and interests and realise their aspirations.
- Support residents with disabilities in their everyday lives.
- Previous care experience.
- Positive attitude toward the aspirations of young people with disabilities.
