Onside Advocacy is launching an innovative Neurodevelopmental Service across Herefordshire, delivering early intervention and emotional wellbeing support for children and young people aged 0–25 and their families. The Wellbeing & Emotional Support Practitioner will work in community hubs, in homes and in schools as part of a multidisciplinary team.
This part-time role (25 hours per week) offers a permanent contract, with 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and wellbeing benefits.
