Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor in Hereford, you'll use your experience to actively and positively support our Care Assistants and ensure the smooth running of our award-winning Home Care services.

As a Field Care Supervisor at Alina Homecare, you'll be:

• Proactive – assessing client's care plans & keeping records accurate
• Liaising – communicating closely with your colleagues
• Supportive – supervising Care Assistants & supporting their development
• Responsible – providing care to clients when required

You don't need previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor, but you'll need proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions. When you join, you'll receive advanced training from our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy and have the opportunity to progress your career with us.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in providing care for people with a range of conditions
• A caring & positive attitude
• A driving licence & access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
