Physiotherapist – MSK Outpatients/Inpatients – Hereford Hospital – Nuffield Health – Permanent – Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8am‑8pm).
Responsibilities- See a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from sports to workplace‑related injuries and play a key role in helping patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing they aspire to.
- Deliver evidence‑based clinical care that is safe, effective and responsive to patients’ needs.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment.
- Remain compliant with all professional, clinical and governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
The role can be split across two teams: either dedicated to MSK Outpatients, or split between two days in Outpatients and two days in Inpatients. Flexibility is offered, but a full‑time commitment of 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm) is preferred. Part‑time applications (two days per week) are welcome for either MSK Outpatients (any day) or Inpatients (Thursday/Friday). Applicants should indicate whether they are applying for part‑time or full‑time.
Qualifications- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Evidence of further professional training and ongoing professional development.
- Excellent manual therapy skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively and timely.
- Capacity to mentor junior staff and students.
