Herefordshire Council is seeking a Social Worker (Adult Social Care) to join our supportive team in Leominster. This permanent role is 37 hours per week, offering a salary from £36,363 to £40,777, plus a £3,000 welcome payment. Closing date 13 September; interviews TBC.
You will handle Care Act Assessments, complex care planning and CHC/S117 work, with opportunities to develop towards Best Interest Assessor or Approved Mental Health Professional qualifications. A driving licence is desirable.
