We welcome applications from candidates wishing to work full time, part time, job share.
Hours can be worked between 09:00 Monday and 13:00 Friday. Up to 40 hours per week are available.
- Full days 09:00 18:00 or
- Split shift mornings 09:00 13:00 or
- Afternoons 13:00 18:00.

We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting patients, visitors, and clinical colleagues every day.
This is much more than a reception role. As the first point of contact for our services, you'll welcome patients, provide reassurance and support, help people access the care they need, and contribute to a positive patient experience from the moment they arrive.
You’ll be part of a dedicated team working together to deliver outstanding care to our local community.

Main duties of the job What You'll Be Doing A s a Receptionist:- you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and healthcare professionals, providing a friendly, professional and welcoming service.
- You Will manage appointments, answer telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records, and support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our services.
- Supporting with administrative tasks with the operational team.
- Working closely with clinical and operational teams, you will help coordinate patient flow, support a safe and well‑organised environment, and ensure patients receive timely access to care.
- The role also involves monitoring reception and waiting areas, handling correspondence and deliveries, undertaking administrative tasks, and escalating any patient safety, safeguarding or security concerns appropriately.
