Shape the future of health and care in Herefordshire An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding senior leader to join the One Herefordshire Partnership as Associate Director of Place.
This is a pivotal system leadership role, offering the opportunity to make a lasting difference to the health and wellbeing of the people of Herefordshire. Working across organisational boundaries, you will lead the delivery of place-based priorities that improve outcomes, reduce inequalities and support the development of integrated neighbourhood services.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer at Wye Valley NHS Trust and working on behalf of the One Herefordshire Partnership Board, you will play a central role in bringing partners together to deliver transformation programmes, integrated care initiatives and delegated NHS responsibilities.
Main duties of the job About the role As Associate Director of Place, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure that partnership ambitions are translated into meaningful improvements for local communities.
You will lead the delivery of major transformation programmes across One Herefordshire, establishing robust governance, programme management and assurance arrangements while working closely with partners from across the NHS, Herefordshire Council, Primary Care Networks, community providers and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
The role also acts as the Senior Responsible Owner for the Memorandum of Understanding between the Integrated Care Board and One Herefordshire Partnership, providing accountability for the delivery of delegated NHS responsibilities and assuring performance, governance and benefits realisation.
