The Role
We are recruiting several Team Leaders (Care) to join our clinical care home, with full time and part time positions available
. Whether you're looking for a full time role or need hours that fit around family and other commitments, we'd love to hear from you. This is a hands-on role, combining direct care with shift leadership to ensure high standards of person-centred care.
- Lead and supervise carestaff on shift and act as senior point of contact.
- Deliver and oversee care inline with individual care plans.
- Promote residents' dignity,independence, and wellbeing.
- Assist with clinical tasksand medication administration in line with MAR charts and protocols.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and raise concerns.
- Complete clear handover sand maintain accurate care documentation.
- Ensure care delivery meets safeguarding, infection control, and CQC requirements.
- Support new starters and promote Ashberry values of Compassion, Integrity, and Loyalty.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) preferred.
- Experience in a care setting, ideally as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader.
- Confident, calm, and supportive leadership style.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
