You’ll plan and deliver activity across the website, Linked In, email and campaigns, create and refine content, and track performance to understand what’s working and where activity can be improved. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications , external specialists and the sales team, contributing ideas as well as delivery.

As a small team, we work flexibly and value colleagues who are willing to contribute their skills and experience where it adds most value.

  • Help brief campaigns, review performance and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Work with the sales team to support lead-generation activity.
  • Produce and update marketing collateral (brochures, decks and digital assets).
  • Brief designers and manage projects through to sign-off.
Insight, Reporting & Improvement

  • Practical, organised and delivery-focused.
  • Enjoy working as part of a small but ambitious team.
  • Motivated by improvement and delivering against clear objectives and targets.
  • Comfortable managing priorities independently.
