Overview
Infrastructure Support Engineer looking for your next challenge in a fast-moving, mission-critical environment? We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing team delivering secure, high-impact solutions across defence and national security programmes.
This role requires active DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.
Responsibilities- Hands‑on BAU support and project delivery, working with a broad tech stack and solving complex infrastructure challenges.
- Troubleshooting live environments.
- Supporting new deployments.
- Strong infrastructure support background.
- Confident troubleshooting complex environments.
- Experience working to SLAs & customer KPIs.
- Solid communication skills, comfortable with customers.
- Ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS)
- Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper‑V)
- Microsoft Stack (O365, Exchange, SQL, Teams, SharePoint)
- Networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing)
- SAN storage & Power Shell
