Hoople Group in Hereford is seeking a Second Line Support Engineer on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role is 37 hours per week with a salary of £27,427–£34,456 per annum (Hoople Band
C).
You will provide expert 2nd line IT support to a wide range of customers, manage workload to meet SLA targets, and contribute to a positive, service‑driven team environment. Experience in enterprise IT, strong customer service skills, and the ability to support large user bases are essential.
