Hoople Ltd is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join the team in Hereford on a hybrid basis. The role involves resolving desktop hardware and software issues for a mix of public and private sector clients, both remotely and on-site at many locations.
The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, work to SLAs, and participate in hardware and software deployments. The position requires travel within and outside the county and a rota-based shift pattern.
