Build strong working relationships with lawyers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them maximise their use of firm technology Promote and apply IT best practices to improve efficiency, performance, and client service Maintain a high level of proficiency across the firm’s applications, technologies, policies, procedures, and knowledge bases Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support across applications, workstations, remote access, mobile devices, printers, phones, and other technologies Use the firm’s service management system to log and manage issues, respond to escalations, track resolutions, and identify recurring trends Identify opportunities for additional training, coaching, and technology or system enhancements Work closely with wider IT teams to ensure local office needs, issues, and opportunities are effectively communicated and addressed Technology Support Coordinator –

What We’re Looking For:

3 years’ experience working in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
