Senior Legal Counsel

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join a prestigious luxury retail brand. This is a high-impact, senior role offering the chance to work closely with leadership on a wide range of strategic legal matters within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role:

Reporting into senior leadership, you will act as a trusted legal advisor across the business. This is a broad and commercially focused position, covering:
• Commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
• Property and real estate matters across retail portfolios
• Data protection and privacy compliance
• Corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
• M&A transactions and corporate structuring
• Intellectual Property protection and brand safeguarding
• Employment law advice
• General compliance and risk management You will play a key role in shaping legal strategy while ensuring the business operates within a robust legal and regulatory framework.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:
• Be a UK qualified solicitor with 8 years’ PQE
• Have demonstrable experience across multiple legal disciplines including commercial, property, data, corporate governance, M&A, IP, employment, and compliance
• Bring prior experience within the luxury sector (essential)
• Be a commercially astute, pragmatic advisor with strong stakeholder management skills
