As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with pride. Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, delivering our products right to their front door with a smile.

When you’re not on the road, you’ll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (you don’t need to be an expert mechanic – we’ll give you all the training you need). When we are really busy, you may be asked to help your team with picking and packing online orders.

• Deliver products to customers accurately and within the agreed times.
• Maintain a clean and safe van for each delivery shift.
• Assist teammates with picking, packing, and preparing online orders during peak periods.
• Provide a positive and helpful customer service experience.

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings—no two days are the same.
