Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Two shift patterns available:
Option 1 – Monday, Wednesday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00;
Option 2 – Monday to Friday 08:00 - 15:36
Location: Parcel force Worldwide Hereford, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6LR
Why this role pays off- Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
- After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
- Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38‑hour week & overtime)
- Paid weekday and weekend overtime

Allowances: - Monthly Non‑Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
- Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73)

What You’ll Be Doing- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing a friendly, dependable service
- Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to current address, with no more than 6 points
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Friendly, dependable, customer focused
- Comfortable working independently and as a team player
