Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week with opportunities for overtime. Two shift patterns:
Option one:
Monday, Wednesday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
Option two:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 15:36
Location: Parcel force Worldwide Hereford, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6LR
Pay & Benefits- Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
- After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
- Potential to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38‑hour week & overtime)
- Paid weekday and weekend overtime
- Monthly Non‑Pensionable Addition to Pay: £903.84 per year
- Weekly Driving Allowance: £26.73 per week

Responsibilities- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
- Full UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg
- Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused
- Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
