Up to £55,000 Package | £40,000 - £43,000 Base + Bonus | Full-time | Up to 48 hours per week | 5 days out of 7

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager – ideally from a big‑city, branded, high‑volume background – who is ready to relocate and take on something with real autonomy, impact, and scale.

You will lead a large, dynamic front‑of‑house operation in an exceptionally busy environment. We’re talking high covers, rapid table turns, constant energy, and zero let‑up.

You will:

• Take full ownership of a flagship, high‑volume restaurant
• Lead from the floor in peak service while thinking strategically off it
• Drive performance, culture, standards and results
• Deliver major events and high‑profile bookings
• Contribute to wider business projects and growth plans
• Work directly with senior leadership on expansion initiatives

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role for someone who thrives on momentum.

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a very high‑volume, branded or city‑centre restaurant
• Experience leading large teams in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments

• A commercially sharp operator who understands P&L, labour control, and driving margin
• A visible, floor‑based leader who builds culture and accountability
